The required Formalities provided by the Employers for the local authority registration:

• Demand Letter issued by the Employer clearly stating the worker category, wage, contract duration, accommodation, food, air passage, health and social insurance…
• Power of attorney:  issued by the employers informing that the local Recruitment Agency is, on behalf of the Employer, fully authorized to deal with the visa matter, preparation of required documentations for issuance of the visa.
• Sample Employment contract: The Contract signed between the Employer and the labor
• Recruitment Contract signed between Hoang Long and oversea recruitment Agency
•  Registered Business License of employers (copy version)
• Introductory documents of the processed projects (if any)
